Rice Cooker Chicken Quinoa With Sun-dried Tomatoes

-  1 (6 ounce) chicken breast, cut into 1/2-inch cubes 
-  3/4 cup water 
-  3/8 cup white quinoa 
-  1/4 cup chopped onion 
-  1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes, cut into strips 
-  2 cloves garlic, minced 
-  1/2 teaspoon curry powder 
-  ground black pepper to taste

Ready Time: 1 hr 
- stir chicken breast cubes, water, quinoa, onion, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, curry powder, and ground black pepper together in the bowl of a rice cooker.
