Crunchy Chicken Casserole

- 4 cups diced cooked chicken
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups diced celery
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup margarine, melted

- preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
- mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, celery, rice, mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice, onion, and salt in a large bowl. transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. mix corn flakes and margarine in another bowl; sprinkle over chicken mixture.
- bake in preheated oven until bubbly and golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes.
