- 1 (20 ounce) package potato chips, crushed
- 1 (16 ounce) container sour cream
- 3 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder

- 1 grease an 8 x 8-inch baking dish (for 3-4 breasts).
- 2 set oven to 425 degrees.
- 3 place sour cream in a medium bowl.
- 4 coat all sides of the chicken in sour cream.
- 5 coat with crushed potato chips.
- 6 place chicken in greased baking sheet.
- 7 bake for 5 mins, then reduce heat to 375 degrees, and bake for 10-15 mins longer.
- 8 while the chicken is baking, melt butter; add garlic powder to butter, mix.
- 9 set oven back to 450 degrees.

- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped

- 1 brown the lamb tenderloin in the vegetable oil. then place all of the ingredients with the tenderloin into a slow cooker and cook for several hours until it is fork tender. i take the meat out to my cutting board and start pulling it apart using 2 forks. then i return the meat to the crock pot and cook for another hour on low.

- 7 cups jambalaya prepared stuffing (jambalaya stuffing )

- 3 medium garlic cloves, mashed
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce

- 1 turkey.
- 2 position rack in lower third of oven and preheat to 325 degrees.
- 3 pat turkey dry.
- 4 gently slide fingers between turkey breast skin and meat to loosen skin.
- 5 rub creole butter under skin over breast meat.
- 6 spoon stuffing into cavity, packing firmly. (you may prefer to cook the stuffing separately, if desired, in a large casserole dish.).
- 7 truss turkey and arrange breast side up on a rack in shallow roasting pan.

- 1/2 cup dry wine, divided

- 1 tablespoon liquid honey

- 1 place chopped onion and half of the wine into the bottom of the crock-pot. add chicken, with half of the salt and half of the pepper, and the thyme sprigs. add half of of the wine. cover and cook on low setting 5-6 hours or until chicken is tender. remove chicken to warm plate. combine remaining ingredients in crock-pot, simmer on high setting about 5 minutes. return chicken to crock-pot, lower cook setting to low and heat for about 15 minutes. serve.

- 3 (15 ounce) cans light kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 3 (15 ounce) cans dark red kidney beans, drained and rinsed

- 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning (or use other spices)

- 1 put beans and chicken broth in slow cooker on high.
- 2 cut sausage into medallions, and cook in a large frying pan until lightly crispy on outside.
- 3 add onion and garlic to the pan and saute in the sausage grease.
- 4 put the contents of the frying pan and the remaining spices in the slow cooker. add water until the level rises above the beans.
- 5 once the slow cooker starts a light simmer, you can continue to cook it on high for 3-4 hours, or low for 6-8 hours.
- 6 serve with or brown rice.
