- 1 bunch fresh dill tied with kitchen twine

- place the salmon fillets in a large pot, and pour in the chicken stock. bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and place dill in the pot. cover, and cook 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
