dill poached salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
  • 2 cups chicken stock
  • 1 bunch fresh dill tied with kitchen twine

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins Ready Time: 20 mins

  • place the salmon fillets in a large pot, and pour in the chicken stock. bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and place dill in the pot. cover, and cook 15 minutes, or until fish is easily flaked with a fork.
