Dorm Room Pheasant

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup long grain white rice
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 2 pheasant breast halves, cleaned and patted dry
  • salt and pepper to taste

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

    Ready Time: 8 hrs 10 mins

  • combine the rice, milk and chicken broth in a slow cooker. season the pheasant breast with salt and pepper; place into the slow cooker. cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
