ground beef sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup dry
  • 1/2 cup dry
  • 1/2 cup water

  • cook the ground beef with the garlic and mushrooms in a large skillet over high heat until no pink remains, about 10 minutes; do not drain. add the flour and continue to cook for five minutes.
