Barbecued Mustard Chicken

Ingredients

- 1 cup dry wine
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 3 lbs broiler-fryer chickens, quartered
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl beat together wine, oil, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 2 place chicken in a bowl or plastic bag and add marinate.
