Cuban Sofrito Chicken

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 -6 boneless chicken breasts
  • 12 ounces goya sofrito sauce
  • 1 onion
  • olive
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 chopped garlic clove
  • 3 tablespoons edmundo golden cooking wine

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken in cubes.
  • 2 marinate chicken for at least an hour in sofrito, wine, garlic and seasonings.
  • 3 (i try to marinate over night).
  • 4 over low-med heat cook chicken.
  • 5 add in olives and whatever else you may like.
  • 6 serve over black beans and rice (if you like).
  • 7 enjoy!
