- 1/2 cup flour
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 (10 ounce) cans tomatoes and green chilies
- 1 (2 ounce) can black olives
Recipe
- 1 coat chicken with flour. heat oil in large skillet. add chicken and cook until brown.
- 2 add tomatoes with chilies and the olives.
- 3 simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked.
