Classic Béchamel Sauce

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 30 g butter
  • 30 g all-purpose flour
  • 400 ml milk
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in a pot over low heat.
  • 2 add flour slowly while stirring as to not burn.
  • 3 add 400ml milk in to the pot little by little.
  • 4 add a bouillon cube and keep stirring till it melts and becomes as thick as custard cream.
  • 5 turn off the heat.
