- 4 lbs chicken breasts, and thighs rinsed and patted dry

- 2 medium onions, cut into wedges
- 1 cup dark beer or 1 cup ale
- 1 1/2 cups barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, heat: oil over medium-high heat.
- 2 season chicken with salt and pepper.
