Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 cup tomato sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon roasted sunflower seeds
- 3 tablespoons canned diced green chiles
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients and place in a loaf pan.
- 2 bake at 350 for 1 hour or until cooked through.
