Cashew Chicken (kai Phat Met Mamuang Himaphan)

Ingredients

  • 100 g cashews
  • 1/3 cup red bell pepper
  • 4 stalks green onions
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tablespoons oil

Recipe

  • 1 wash and dice chicken, pepper, green onion, onion.
