Cashew Chicken (kai Phat Met Mamuang Himaphan)

Ingredients

- 400 g chicken breasts
- 100 g cashews
- 1/3 cup red bell pepper
- 4 stalks green onions
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 onion
- 4 tablespoons oil
Recipe
- 1 wash and dice chicken, pepper, green onion, onion.
