Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 2 celery ribs
- 1 green pepper
- 2 garlic cloves (diced)
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups chicken
- 1 (28 ounce) canned tomatoes
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 4 cups cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 saute veggies 2 minutes.
- 2 add garlic, saute again 2 minutes.
- 3 add flour, saute until flour is brown.
- 4 add the rest of the ingredients.
- 5 simmer 20 minutes.
- 6 serve with 1 cup of rice.
