Chicken Lamb Adobo (philippines)

Total Time: 2 hrs Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 5 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1/4 cup vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 5 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 kg chicken, cut into serving size
  • 1/4 kg lamb, cut into cubes
  • salt
  • peppercorn
  • brown sugar, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 mix all the spices and water.
  • 2 (including salt, pepper corn, etc.).
