Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 teaspoons adobo sauce, from can
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 canned chipotle peppers
Recipe
- 1 puree all ingredients in a blender. pour the marinade into a zip-lock bag. add chicken or lamb and marinate 30 minutes in the fridge, occasionally flipping the bag to distribute.
