East Asian Style Bbq Chicken (or Broil)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (14 ounce) can low sodium chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons light soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed dry chili pepper (more or less it's up to you)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Recipe
- 1 mix together the broth, soy, sugar, garlic 1 tbsp vinegar (this was missed in the ingredient list) & chili pepper.
- 2 save 1/2 cup of the marinade.
- 3 place the remaining marinade in a zip lock plastic bag or a bowl large enough to hold the chicken.
- 4 place chicken in the marinade seal (cover) and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- 5 remove from marinade grill or broil the chicken approx 20-30 minutes o until the chicken is cooked, baste at least twice with the reserved marinade, turn while basting.
- 6 heat remaining marinade and serve with the chicken.
