Ingredients

- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 2 cups skinless chicken, cooked diced chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1 (28 ounce) can whole tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 cups rice, cooked
Recipe
- 1 cook onion, pepper and garlic in oil until tender, about 3 minute.
- 2 add remaining ingredients, except rice, cook over low heat for 30 minute.
- 3 serve over rice.
