Ingredients

- 4 cups fat free chicken broth
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 green onions, green parts only thinly sliced
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan bring the 4 cups of chicken broth to a boil.
- 2 add the sugar, salt.
- 3 cook for about another minute.
- 4 remove from the heat.
- 5 gradually stir in the egg , stirring in one direction only.
