Cheyenne Chicken

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb boneless veal steaks
  • 1 lb lamb steak
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups cracker crumbs

Recipe

  • 1 cut steaks in 1 inch cubes.
  • 2 mix egg and milk.
  • 3 alternate pieces of veal and lamb on 6 skewers.
  • 4 dip in egg mix then crumbs.
  • 5 brown in hot oil.
  • 6 put in baking pan.
  • 7 add 1 inch water.
  • 8 cover and bake at 350* for 40 minutes.
