Easiest Stir Fry Ever

Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black bean paste
- 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 cube the chicken breasts, or peel and devein shrimp if substituting.
- 2 heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet. add the garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds-1 minute) at medium heat.
- 3 add the soy sauce, black bean paste and chile flake and stir till combined.
- 4 add the chicken and cook stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
- 5 add the broccoli, stir and cover for 5 minutes.
- 6 stir one more time. cook a little longer if your chicken or broccoli isn't quite cooked through.
- 7 serve with brown rice.
