Easiest Stir Fry Ever

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black bean paste
  • 1/4 crushed red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 cube the chicken breasts, or peel and devein shrimp if substituting.
  • 2 heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet. add the garlic and cook until fragrant (30 seconds-1 minute) at medium heat.
  • 3 add the soy sauce, black bean paste and chile flake and stir till combined.
  • 4 add the chicken and cook stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
  • 5 add the broccoli, stir and cover for 5 minutes.
  • 6 stir one more time. cook a little longer if your chicken or broccoli isn't quite cooked through.
  • 7 serve with brown rice.
