Chicken In A Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 chicken pieces (cooked)
• 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons wine vinegar
• 2 ounces brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon mustard
• 4 tablespoons tomato sauce
• 2 onions (diced)
• 1 green pepper (diced)
• 2 tablespoons oil

Recipe

• 1 sweat diced onion and diced green pepper in oil for 10 - 15 minutes.
• 2 add all the other ingredients to the pepper and onion.
• 3 cook in the oven at 180oc, 350of or gas mark 4 for 30 - 40 minutes.
