Chicken Pilaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2/3 cup rice
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon powder
- 2 teaspoons orange peel
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 brown chicken in margarine.
- 2 salt and pepper the chicken.
- 3 remove chicken.
- 4 cook rice and onion in the drippings.
- 5 stir in remaining ingredients.
- 6 bring to a boil.
- 7 place rice mixture in a casserole dish.
- 8 top with chicken.
- 9 cover with foil.
- 10 bake at 375* for 45 to 50 minutes.
