Crunchy Chicken Strips

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup wine (or whats left!)
- 2 cups flour
- 1 cup herb seasoned dry bread crumb
- 2 cups milk
- 1 pinch lemon salt (i like a lot)
- pepper (i like a lot)
Recipe
- 1 slice chicken long or short, your way is best.
- 2 soak chicken in wine for an hour or overnight.
- 3 mix together flour, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
- 4 coat chicken strips with flour mixture.
- 5 dip in milk.
- 6 coat a second time with flour.
- 7 heat stove top to medium.
- 8 cook until brown and cooked all the way through.
- 9 sprinkle lemon salt and pepper on both sides while cooking.
