Crunchy Chicken Strips

Total Time: 1 hr 25 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup wine (or whats left!)
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup herb seasoned dry bread crumb
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 pinch lemon salt (i like a lot)
  • pepper (i like a lot)

Recipe

  • 1 slice chicken long or short, your way is best.
  • 2 soak chicken in wine for an hour or overnight.
  • 3 mix together flour, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
  • 4 coat chicken strips with flour mixture.
  • 5 dip in milk.
  • 6 coat a second time with flour.
  • 7 heat stove top to medium.
  • 8 cook until brown and cooked all the way through.
  • 9 sprinkle lemon salt and pepper on both sides while cooking.
