Cranberry Chicken With Wild Rice

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 boneless skinless, chicken breast halves (about 4 ounces each)
  • 1 1/2 cups hot water
  • 1 (6 1/4 ounce) package fast- cooking long grain and wild rice blend
  • 1 (16 ounce) can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 place the chicken into a 13x9 inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
