Cranberry Dijon Chicken

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cranberry sauce, jellied
  • 3/4 cup dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon orange peel, grated
  • 6 pieces chicken breasts

Recipe

  • 1 in a small saucepan over medium heat, cook and stir cranberry sauce, dijon mustard and orange peel until blended and smooth.
  • 2 remove from heat.
  • 3 meanwhile, grill (or broil) chicken for about 20 minutes or until juices run clear.
  • 4 brush with the sauce during last 10 minutes of grilling.
