Crunchy Chicken

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 -4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (1/8 lb) box rotini pasta
  • 2 (10 1/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (6 ounce) can french-fried onions

Recipe

  • 1 1. boil pasta as directed on box.
  • 2 2. cook chicken pieces in skillet with adobe seasoning (may add creole spice).
  • 3 3. after draining pasta return to pot and add 2 cans of cream of chicken to pasta.
  • 4 4. add about 1/4 -1/2 cup of french fried onions to pasta mix.
  • 5 5. then add chicken pieces to pasta.
  • 6 6. ready to serve (sprinkle french fried onions for the extra crunch)!
  • 7 7. enjoy!
