Crustless Quiche

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 5 green onions, snipped with scissors
- 1/4 cup leek, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli, steamed or 1/2 cup leftover broccoli
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 cup cooked chicken or 3/4 cup ham or 3/4 cup crabmeat
- 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese or 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese or 1 1/2 cups monterey jack cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350*.
- 2 in large bowl beat eggs, add cream, mix.
- 3 add all other ingredients and mix well.
- 4 pour egg mixture into a greased 9" or 10 " pie plate. place pie plate into a large baking dish and pour hot water into the dish around the pie plate to a depth of 1 inch.
- 5 bake quiche in the oven for 40 minute or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean. remove from oven. let stand for ten minutes.
