Easy, Super-delicious, 16-hour, Smoky Brisket

Total Time: 16 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 16 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1/4-1/3 cup mesquite liquid smoke
  • 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 6 -8 lbs beef brisket, trimmed well
  • 2 -3 tablespoons garlic pepper seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200(yes, 200).
  • 2 rub garlic pepper into meat on all sides.
  • 3 place meat in foil-lined roasting pan.
