Egg Pilau

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 eggs, slightly beaten

Recipe

  • 1 wash rice thoroughly; drain.
  • 2 place chicken stock and salt in a deep pot; heat to boiling point.
  • 3 add rice slowly. cook, covered for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. the rice should absorb all of the liquid.
  • 4 add seasonings, butter, and slightly beaten eggs.
