Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups rice
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
Recipe
- 1 wash rice thoroughly; drain.
- 2 place chicken stock and salt in a deep pot; heat to boiling point.
- 3 add rice slowly. cook, covered for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender. the rice should absorb all of the liquid.
- 4 add seasonings, butter, and slightly beaten eggs.
