Chicken Fried Steak

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2-2 lbs cube steaks
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups finely crushed saltine crackers
  • cooking oil

Recipe

  • 1 season each steak on both sides with salt and pepper, rubbing it into the meat.
  • 2 in a shallow dish, beat the eggs.
