Egg Drop Soup

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 6 green onions (cut in small pieces)
  • 2 cups tofu
  • 1/2 cup peas (optional)
  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)

Recipe

  • 1 boil broth.
  • 2 mix starch and water, then add mixture to broth.
  • 3 add egg, and mix quickly for 10 seconds.
  • 4 add tofu and peas.
  • 5 boil for another 7 minutes.
  • 6 garnish with green onions.
