Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 cup cold water
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 6 green onions (cut in small pieces)
- 2 cups tofu
- 1/2 cup peas (optional)
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
Recipe
- 1 boil broth.
- 2 mix starch and water, then add mixture to broth.
- 3 add egg, and mix quickly for 10 seconds.
- 4 add tofu and peas.
- 5 boil for another 7 minutes.
- 6 garnish with green onions.
