Balsamic Lamb Chops

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless center cut lamb chops
  • 1 teaspoon salt-free lemon & herb seasoning
  • cooking spray
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth (sodium free)

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle both sides of lamb chops with lemon/herb seasoning.
  • 2 coat a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat until hot.
  • 3 add chops and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until lightly browned and cooked through.
  • 4 remove chops from skillet and keep warm.
  • 5 wipe drippings from skillet with paper towel.
  • 6 combine vinegar and broth in skillet.
  • 7 cook over medium-high heat until mixture is reduced to a thin sauce (about 5-6 minutes), stirring occasionally.
  • 8 spoon sauce over chops.
