Crunchy-top Ham & Potato Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups cooked ham
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/3 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 combine all ingredients except cornflates and 1/4 cup butter.
  • 3 mix well. place in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish.
  • 4 combine cornflakes and 1/4 cup butter, sprinkle on casserole.
  • 5 bake for 1 hour.
