Crunchy-top Ham & Potato Casserole

Ingredients

- 2 lbs frozen hash browns, thawed
- 10 3/4 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups cooked ham
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped green onion
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 combine all ingredients except cornflates and 1/4 cup butter.
- 3 mix well. place in greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch casserole dish.
- 4 combine cornflakes and 1/4 cup butter, sprinkle on casserole.
- 5 bake for 1 hour.
