Jerked Balsamic Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 5 pounds lamb tenderloin tips, frozen
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 1/2 cups balsamic vinegar
  • 5 tablespoons jerk sauce
  • 6 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

    Ready Time: 3 hrs 15 mins

  • gently stir lamb, broth, vinegar, jerk sauce, garlic, soy sauce, worcestershire sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes together in the crock of your slow cooker.
  • cook on high until the lamb is easily shredded with forks, 3 to 4 hours.
