Easy Tuna Pot Pie

Total Time: 33 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 18 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (12 ounce) can light tuna, drained
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen chopped onion, thawed
  • 1 (10 ounce) box frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
  • 1 cup chopped cooked potato
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (7 1/2 ounce) can refrigerated biscuits, quartered

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 heat soup and milk in a saucepan on low heat until smooth.
  • 3 stir in vegetables, tuna, potato, salt and pepper.
  • 4 continue cooking until mixture comes to a low boil.
  • 5 transfer to a 1 1/2 quart casserole top with biscuits.
  • 6 bake 18 to 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
