Chicken Or Lamb Adobo

- 3 lbs chicken thighs or 3 lbs lamb butt
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon peppercorn, crushed
- 1 bay leaf
Recipe
- 1 if using lamb, cut lamb into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
- 2 in a large sauce pot, combine all ingredients.
