Chicken In Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons distilled vinegar
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, halved into 4 pieces
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2 in a small bowl, stir together cream and vinegar, let stand 5 minutes.
