Chicken In Pepper Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons distilled vinegar
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, halved into 4 pieces
- 1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon sage
- 1 dash pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- 2 in a small bowl, stir together cream and vinegar, let stand 5 minutes.
