Easiest Chicken Wing Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce (or honey garlic sauce etc, my man loves franks red hot spicy buffalo wing sauce for spicy chicken wi)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 line a baking tray with parchment paper (it makes cleaning up easier, i tried using aluminum foil but the wings stuck to it).
- 3 put chicken wings on the baking try and stick it in the oven for 30 minutes (no need to flip).
- 4 take the chicken wings out, flip them and brush on the sauce of your choice.
- 5 put them back into the oven for 5 minutes.
- 6 take the chicken wings out, flip them and brush sauce onto the other side.
- 7 put them back into the oven for another 5 minutes.
- 8 enjoy with veggies or ranch/blue cheese dressing or just alone!
