Chicken With Apples

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 large apple (i use a fuji apple)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1 teaspoon thyme
Recipe
- 1 pan fry chicken in half of butter, turning once.
- 2 remove from pan.
- 3 add the rest of the butter, add the apples and fry till they start to turn lightly brown.
- 4 remove from pan (may be put with the chicken).
- 5 deglaze the pan with the wine, scraping all the bits off the bottom.
- 6 season with thyme.
- 7 add the cream.
- 8 cook till slightly thickened.
- 9 return chicken and apple to the pan to reheat.
- 10 serve and enjoy!
