Easy Green Bean Potato Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 5 -6 medium potatoes
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 (14 ounce) can cut green beans
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese, cubed
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.
  • 2 peel and dice potatoes.
  • 3 boil potatoes until not quite done (about 8 minutes).
  • 4 in a round casserole dish, combine cream of chicken soup and milk.
  • 5 stir with fork until a soup-like consistency.
  • 6 fold in green beans, cheddar cheese, velveeta cheese, and salt and pepper.
  • 7 drain potatoes.
  • 8 fold potatoes into the casserole dish.
  • 9 bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are done to desired tenderness.
