Crock Pot Chicken & Dumplings

Total Time: 5 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • 1 (8 count) package grand refrigerated biscuits

Recipe

  • 1 place chicken breasts in slow cooker.
  • 2 mix onions and soup and pour over chicken breasts.
  • 3 cook on high for 5 hours, or on low for about 8 hours.
  • 4 about 45 minutes before you are going to eat, separate each biscuit into thirds and place on top of chicken mixture in crock pot.
  • 5 cook for about 45 minutes or until biscuits are no longer doughy.
