Chris' Chicken Salad

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups chicken breasts, without skin chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 3/8 cup green onion, sliced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (optional)
  • 1/4-1/2 cup low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1/8-1/4 cup light sour cream
  • 3/4 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients and chill.
