Chicken Salad Supreme

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or 1 cup salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 4 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 cup green seedless grape, halved
  • 3/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
  • lettuce

Recipe

  • 1 drain mandarin orange segments.
  • 2 in large bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, and nutmeg.
  • 3 add remaining ingredients; mix well.
  • 4 chill.
  • 5 serve on lettuce leaves.
  • 6 refrigerate leftovers.
