- 1 lb chicken, roasted, cut in 1/2 inch cubes
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 3/4 cup grapes, sliced in half
- 1/3 cup pistachios, shelled and chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients and refrigerate till ready to serve.
