Easy Grilled Chicken

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 whole chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried basil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

Recipe

  • 1 cut chicken into serving sized pieces.
  • 2 sprinkle generously with garlic powder.
  • 3 in a small bowl mix dried basil with soy sauce.
  • 4 lightly oil a hot grill, and put the chicken pieces on.
  • 5 as the chicken cooks brush the basil/soy sauce mixture on.
  • 6 cook until chicken is no longer pink inside.
  • 7 chicken can be cooked in broiler if you like.
  • 8 just take care it doesn't over cook and dry out.
  • 9 enjoy.
