Ingredients
- 1 whole egg
- 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 whole chicken breast
- 1/2 whole avocado
- 1/2 whole tomato
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 toss chopped heart of romaine in dijon dressing.
- 2 arrange chopped chicken, tomatoes, avocado, and egg on top of spinach and dig in!
