Daily Burn Cobb Salad

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 whole egg
  • 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 whole chicken breast
  • 1/2 whole avocado
  • 1/2 whole tomato
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 toss chopped heart of romaine in dijon dressing.
  • 2 arrange chopped chicken, tomatoes, avocado, and egg on top of spinach and dig in!
