Easy Cheesy Vegetable Potato Soup

Ingredients

- 64 ounces fat free chicken broth
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli
- 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 lbs fat free frozen hash browns
- 2 cups skim milk
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans fat-free cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 lb velveeta reduced fat cheese product
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 place broth and frozen vegetables in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
- 2 add hash brown and onion and bring to a boil again; simmer for 3 minutes.
- 3 tempter the milk and add, along with the cream of chicken soup and cheese.
- 4 stir until cheese melts.
- 5 freezes well.
