Easy Cheesy Vegetable Potato Soup

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 64 ounces fat free chicken broth
  • 16 ounces frozen broccoli
  • 16 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 lbs fat free frozen hash browns
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans fat-free cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 lb velveeta reduced fat cheese product
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 place broth and frozen vegetables in a stock pot and bring to a boil.
  • 2 add hash brown and onion and bring to a boil again; simmer for 3 minutes.
  • 3 tempter the milk and add, along with the cream of chicken soup and cheese.
  • 4 stir until cheese melts.
  • 5 freezes well.
