Easy Chicken Thighs

Total Time: 3 hrs 50 mins Preparation Time: 3 hrs Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 -5 lbs chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon black peppercorns
  • 3 bay leaves

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  • 2 cover and marinate for 1-3 hours.
  • 3 bring to a boil, then lower heat.
  • 4 cover and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 5 uncover and simmer until sauce is reduced and thickened and chicken is tender, about 20 more minutes.
  • 6 serve with rice.
