Dee's Fried Rice

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 1/4 cup minced onion
  • 1/4 cup minced scallion
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chicken breast, cut into small pieces (optional)
  • 1/2 cup leftover lamb, cut into small pieces (optional)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup frozen peas

Recipe

  • 1 add soy sauce to rice. add more if you desire., less if you want
  • 2 in fry pan add bacon and fry.
  • 3 when cooked remove from pan.
  • 4 add oil to bacon grease.
  • 5 add meat to oil and cook until almost done.
  • 6 add onions, scallions and celery.
  • 7 fry until lightly browned.
  • 8 add peas.
  • 9 add rice.
  • 10 in separate bowl beat egg.
  • 11 add to cooking rice and stir quickly to mix egg
  • 12 take off heat cover pan let egg cook.
